The core of Novar's internal tooling. A web application where they manage their entire portfolio: solar parks, rooftop installations, and battery storage projects. Hundreds of projects across multiple countries, all in one dashboard.

The challenge

We worked closely with eight end users across different departments. Each team had specific need. The challenge was building features that worked for everyone without creating a tangled mess.
